Donating blood truely is the gift of life, without it, we would’ve missed so many precious moments with Dad.  We are forever grateful to have had that time with him. 

2 years ago today, we lost our much loved & cherished Dad/Grandad/Chris.

Last year we committed to running 69ks & with all your help we raised a whopping $7555.68 for Myeloma Australia(We are still in awe of this-Thankyou!!)

This year, Dad would’ve been 70, so again, Andrew & I commit to run/walk/swim/skate 70K’s, with the kids joining when they can.  

Dads Myeloma hit him pretty hard in the last 6months, he required red cells & platelets to keep him with us.  This has prompted us to raise awareness of lifeblood, Blood donating  & Red Cross.  We are hoping to get a few extra donors, ensuring that this vital product is available to all that may need it.

If you’ve ever considered giving blood, please let this be the nudge to book it in, we’d love to know that Dads legacy has given life & allowed families more time with their loved ones. 

If blood donating is not your thing & you are able, we’d love some funds to donate to Red cross for all the amazing work they do for our communities.  We have chosen to support disaster relief in Australia, with bushfire season approaching we’d like to know we have contributed to having teams ready to assist & support families & communities if disaster strikes
